When you are hiring someone for a project, you learn about them through their profile. However, the person you may want to hire doesn’t know anything about you, unless you create your own profile sharing information about who you are. The person you are interested in hiring will be able to see your profile when you send a message or request a proposal. If you decide to create a profile, you can choose whatever information you want to include.

View Profile

Edit Profile  - Add any information you are comfortable adding such as: “About me”, work experience, education, availability, etc.

When you are done, click on Update.

We realize this means a little more work on your part, however, in order to build strong working relationships and a robust community, it is important for both parties to have some background information about  each other.
