If you do not receive an email or see a notice on My Dashboard that this specific invoice has been paid, we recommend you Send a Message, gently reminding them to process the payment due. If you still don’t receive any results, please try again. If your efforts go unanswered, then you may want to file a dispute. ModernDay Village will review all disputes and try to learn what happened from both parties involved. Please review our legal policies regarding disputes.
