In order to ensure that all activity on My Dashboard is up-to-date, you will have to refresh your browser. The way your browser works, if a change is made to your account at 3:30pm, but your browser has not been refreshed since 3:25pm, it won’t appear on your screen until you refresh your browser. 


A quick way to refresh your browser is to click on My Dashboard or press the Command button and the R key at the same time (on a Mac) or the Ctrl and Reload button (on a PC). 


Once you refresh your browser, all the most recent Dashboard updates should load.
